Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to RadPath Journal, operated by LHS Legacy LLC. These terms outline the agreement between you and LHS Legacy LLC when you use the platform. Please read them carefully — by using the service, you accept them.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using RadPath Journal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

About This Service

RadPath Journal is a 90-day AI-guided journaling and personal-growth application. It offers adaptive reflection prompts, mindful mood check-ins, a GDDI (Global Deception Distortion Index) conditioning score, healing portals, audio documentary features, and optional coaching. The service is designed to support your reflective practice — it is not a medical, mental-health, or crisis-intervention service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account & Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at registration and keep it current. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for the content of your journal entries and reflections.

Your Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of everything you write — journal entries, reflections, audio notes, and any content you create. You grant RadPath Journal a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you within your own account, and to analyze it to generate your personalized prompts, scores, and insights. We do not claim ownership of your reflections, and we never sell your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another user’s data, disrupting platform operations, reverse-engineering the application, or using the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Automated scraping or bulk data extraction is prohibited.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans (Growth, Professional, Premium, and Enterprise tiers) are billed through Stripe in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime from your Profile page; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prices may change for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.

Refund Policy

If you are charged in error or experience a billing issue, contact support within 30 days and we will review your request. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 14 days. Refunds for monthly charges are handled case by case. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

RadPath Journal is a reflective journaling tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and your GDDI score and insights are not clinical assessments. The service is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services — see our Crisis Resources page.

Limitation of Liability

RadPath Journal is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with trusted processors — Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Wix for commerce infrastructure, and Printify for merchandise. Each operates under its own terms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local consumer-protection law.
