Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Your privacy is foundational to this work. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. RadPath Journal is operated by LHS Legacy LLC and is built on the principle that your reflections belong to you.
Data We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your name and email (account), journal entries and reflections, mood and energy data, GDDI (Global Deception Distortion Index) scores, and your healing progress (streaks, milestones, portal completion). We also collect basic usage analytics such as which features you use and when.
Journal Data Encryption
Your journal entries are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) in transit. Access to your reflections is authenticated and scoped to your account — only you can read your entries. Encryption keys are managed by our infrastructure provider and rotated periodically. We do not store journal content in plaintext logs, and your entries are never used to train external AI models.
How We Use Your Data
Your data powers your personalized experience: tailored reflection prompts, journey tracking, AI-assisted analysis of patterns, archetype and GDDI scoring, and progress insights. We never sell your data. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be used to improve the platform.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted processors to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Wix for site infrastructure and commerce. Each processor is bound by their own privacy and security commitments and only receives the data necessary to perform their function.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, modify it, and request deletion of your account and associated content at any time from your Profile page or by contacting support. You may also export your journal entries and GDDI reports where your plan allows.
Data Retention
We retain your account and journal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymous, de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely.
Health Data Disclaimer
RadPath Journal is a reflective journaling and personal-growth tool — not a medical or mental-health service. Your journal entries, mood data, and GDDI scores are for your own insight and are not clinical diagnoses or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
Cookie Usage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, which will sign you out.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Residents of covered regions may exercise their rights — access, correction, deletion, and data portability — by contacting support.
